• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Fragrance performance may vary depending on usage, storage, and surroundings.

• Please store products in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

 

For Customized Products

• A 15% customization charge applies to customized candles and scented tablets.

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required for all customized orders.

• Customized orders include fragrance selection, personalized labels, and packaging preferences.

• Customers must provide accurate customization details, spellings, logos, and design approvals before production begins.

• Once confirmed, customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

• Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on customization requirements and order quantity.

For White Label Orders – Yules Multi Refresher

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is applicable for all white-label orders.

• Custom labels and branding options are available.

• Customers are responsible for providing final approved artwork, logo files, and label details before production.

• White-label orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on order quantity and packaging requirements.
